Employees must deregister at the end of their employment.

Failure to meet this deadline can result in severe penalties. The financial police are increasingly stepping up the pace here. Even the slightest delay - even if it is only a few minutes after the end of the service - can be penalised.

We require the master data of existing employees in order to deregister them correctly and in good time. If the end of service is on a weekend or public holiday, we need the data on the last working day before.

If the 24-hour deadline is not feasible, please try to contact our payroll department directly by telephone. If this is also not possible, a On-site cancellation by fax 05/0766-1461 to the ÖGK after the end of the service. To register by fax, please use the form on our website.

Alternatively, a Telephone cancellation via the ÖGK hotline on 05/0766-1460.

Please forward the fax confirmation to us so that we can complete the deregistration properly. If you are cancelling by telephone, please provide us with the cancellation data via AnDi.

We will endeavour to continue to offer you the best possible service despite the stricter approach on the part of the ÖGK and the financial police. Possible inconveniences can be avoided with the organisational procedure described above.
