We are happy to support you with technical problems. We also offer you the option of a remote maintenance session.
For remote maintenance, a temporary installation of the software Teamviewer necessary.
To start this, click on the link below in advance and confirm the messages that appear as suggested.
After opening, a window will appear with your ID and password. These must be communicated to your support employee in order to be able to connect to your PC. After closing the session, no further access to your PC is possible.
Alternatively, there is also the option of remote maintenance via Zoom.
