Legal information

  1. Liability for content

Although we endeavour to ensure that the content of our website is up-to-date, complete and correct, we cannot guarantee this. According to § 3 paragraph 2 ECG we are responsible as a service provider for our own content on our pages according to the general laws. However, there is no obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information. As soon as we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove the relevant content immediately. However, any liability in this respect will only be assumed from the time we become aware of specific legal violations.

  2. Liability for links

Our pages contain links to external third-party websites. We have no influence on the content of these directly or indirectly linked websites. The respective provider or operator is always responsible for the accuracy of the content, which is why we accept no liability in this respect. We have checked the external websites for possible legal violations at the time of linking. No legal infringements were recognisable at the time of linking. We are unable to constantly check all the content of the pages we link to without actual evidence of a legal offence. If we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove the relevant links immediately.

  1. Copyright

The content and works on this website created by the operator of this site are subject to Austrian copyright law. All contributions by third parties are labelled as such. Duplication, processing, distribution and any form of commercialisation of such material beyond the scope of the copyright law shall require the prior written consent of its respective author or creator. Copies of these pages are only permitted for private use, but not for commercial purposes.

  2. Data protection

We cannot accept any liability for the security of data transmission on the Internet; in particular, there is a risk of access by third parties when data is transmitted by e-mail. If personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) is collected on our website, the disclosure of this data by the user is always on a voluntary basis. The use of and payment for all services offered is also permitted without providing such data or by providing anonymised data or a pseudonym, insofar as this is technically possible and reasonable.

  3. Objection to unsolicited e-mails for advertising purposes

The use of contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation for sending unsolicited information material or advertising is hereby prohibited. Moore Uniconsult expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information (e.g. spam e-mails).
