As part of our initial interview, we will give you an initial overview of our activities, detailed insights into your area of responsibility and inform you about our internal processes and structures as well as your individual career opportunities.
However, the dialogue focuses on you as a person. We want to meet you not only on a professional but also on a personal level, as harmonious co-operation is very important to us.
We offer you enough space for your questions during our appointment.
If you have little work experience, we are happy to offer you the opportunity of a taster morning.
